Part of a global company with offices in Australia and the US, here in the UK we’re small enough for you to join and make a real difference. This is an exciting new role where you’ll set up project services from the outset, including testing and technology support, for our growing UK customer base. Your ability to deliver to time, and within budget, will therefore be critical.
As a technology-first business, our clients work with Xero and add-ons, and understand the benefits of using tools such as Gmail and Google Drive. You’ll ensure they have peace of mind knowing their systems are fully supported, their data is secure and that they are using the latest technology in the best way to improve and protect their business.
So, you’ll ideally already be working with, or have some understanding of, Xero together with a security mindset in the technological world. Essential to your success is a proven knowledge of Microsoft, Apple and Google operating systems for laptops, desktops and mobile devices. It goes without saying that you’ll need to be highly self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a small team, with the highest attention to detail and time management.
