Why This Way?

When we work with our clients, we alwa ys take a process first approach. Not surprisingly, we do the same when it comes to our business.
We’ve developed our sales process to be efficient for us, and, more importantly, fair for our clients.
The purpose of this document is to introduce you to our sales process so that you understand the approach we take to solving your client’s problems.

Fit: Is It an Opportunity?

We gather key information from an online form. This is required in order to qualify for a Discovery session. The goal here is to assess whether we can help the client. It also clearly sets expectations as we require a lot of information fr om the prospective client right from the start.

Workshop: What are the Detailed Requirements?

Type & quantity of Workshops is dependent on the type of pr oject (Inventory / Project Management), the scale of the project and what we’ve found out from the Discovery session. As a minimum one, 1-2 hour Workshop + 1-2 hour Demo is r equired.

Review: What Do We Recommend & How Much Will It Cost?

Based on the outcomes of the W orkshops, Demo and our own experience we ’ll now be in a position t o recommend the best way forward. This will be a vir tual meeting (lasting 30-60 minutes). This will include the proposal with costs and scope clearly outlined.

Project: Let’s Get to Work

If the project proposal we present is accepted by the client, then, following payment of their first invoice, we now move into the live Project phase.
