Client Service Account Manager

The role:

As Client Service Account Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for our clients’ satisfaction when engaging with Waypoint. Our values are ‘Technical, yet approachable. You’ll be working across client sites, our office in the city and home working at times. In terms of your responsibilities, you should expect to spend about a quarter of your time on business development and generation, about a quarter on analysis and development of new markets, and half of your time on working our existing channels, leads and relationships. Specifically this will include measurements such as lead generation, scope conversions, website traffic and client surveys.

As a leading cloud integrator in Australia, and the only preferred Xero cloud integrator based in Melbourne, we are in an enviable position to platform for growth over the next few years, and you could be part of the team responsible for achieving this.

About you:

You’ll currently be working for either an accounting, bookkeeping or Xero related company. With years’ of experience in account management or a similar role, you’ll be a self starter who is ready to move to the next level with a rapidly growing business. Knowledge of Xero and its ecosystem is required, as is a strong work ethic and can-do attitude – everything else will be trained, provided, and rewarded.

We’re willing to consider part or full time hours to suit, subject to discussions, and based on your commitment and expertise.

You will need at least:

  • Xero Partner Certification
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Account Manager/BDM Experience
  • Access to private transport
  • ADSL or Cable Home Internet

And ideally:

  • Xero Add On Knowledge or Partnership
  • CPA/CA Qualification
