Three things. One handy system.
Service Operations, or ServOps as it’s frequently shortened to, combines a number of different disciplines. It covers the worlds of project, sales and service management. Typically each of these areas has been managed independently with their own dedicated software tool. Now though, we’re seeing a trend to bringing these three critical elements together on a single platform.

We’re great believers in the principle of Service Operations and much of our own efficiency is down to having greater control over the operational side of our business. That means when we’re working on ServOps projects for our clients, that we have a real-world context that means we can make smart operational process decisions together.
