We're finalists for Cin7 Client Support Partner of the Year 2026


We've just found out we're finalists in this year's Cin7 Partner of the Year awards, in the Client Support category.

Waypoint is a finalist in the 2026 Cin7 Partner and Customer Awards

Cin7 picks this category for the partner who treats a client's team like their own. Hands-on service, real guidance, and sticking around well after the system goes live.

That's the part of this job we care about most. Getting a client onto Cin7 Core is one thing. The real work starts once they're live, when the questions get specific: why a report looks off, or what happens when a new supplier changes their pack sizes. We built our team so someone is always there for that.

We've been implementing Cin7 Core for 13 years, starting back when it was called DEAR Inventory, and that's taught us that the software is rarely the hardest (or most important) part. The relationship after go-live is.

In 2024 we won Cin7 Services Partner of the Year. In 2025 we were finalists for Partner of the Year. This year it's Client Support specifically, which feels like the right one to be recognised for.

Winners are announced at Cin7 Summit in Denver, 10 to 12 August. We'll update this space once we know.
